getCoordinateRanges(

): Point
Using a max an min point, find the ranges for each coordinate.
Parameters
- minPoint: Point
  The smallest point in the matrix
- maxPoint: Point
  The largest point in the matrix
- maxRanges: Point | null = null
  The maximum ranges for the point. If null, the matrix will be used.
Returns Point
The number of available coordinates on each axis
