lineEndPoint(start: Point, length: number, dir: Point | Direction): Point
Given a start point, line length, and a direction, generate the end point of the line.
Parameters
- start: Point
  The selected starting point.
- length: number
  The total length of the line.
- dir: Point | Direction
  The direction of the line.
